I just sucked it up and made a seperate hotkey...account? Profile? specifically for campaign. I just put all my hatcheries on 3 since injects aren't needed.

I used E instead of W - E is closer to 3 or 4 so it's easier to get used to, gives you less changes, es uses two fingers instead of an awkward slide to do ws, extractor to bx, neural to w, overlord upgrades to w and r.
Used 5/6/7 for hatcheries, and combined a macro hatch with the main hatch's hotkey. This was what i did before W, and since there were no queens to inject with it was easy!
Was annoying at first haha, I went in to change the hotkey for the crushing grip during the first level and suddenly spoiled -

I tried to rebind all the hero abilities that are currently on 'W' to 'z'. It doesnt work. They are still listed as being on W, and i select my hatches instead of using the skill. Therefore I just dont both using the spell. Its not like its really needed anyway. It's a relatively easy game to get through, although I wonder hwo joe smoe who never played before is getting along.
I'm still 5 for all hatcheries, and 6 for main base one. Currently looking for better suggestions such as grouping with Queens. What binds are some master players using?
Most are using 0 rebinded to W key for shift+w Ctrl+w and W to select the "0" group.
You bind your main and main queen on the same button to 4, your nat+nat queen to 5, your third+queen to 6
Your injects are as such: 44vclick 55vclick 66vclick. To select all hatches and all larvae it's W then S.
the first time you hit 4 it selects your queen and your hatch. the second time it focuses on them. The V then selects inject and you click onto the hatch you're already centered on.
