SEA & NA has several top quality clans, that is fact.

I'm most familiar with nGen and TA (really nice people in both clans) and then to a slightly lesser extent with aLt, GG, ROOT and FXO.

My questions to those of you who are in these clans are:

What makes your clan special?
What are your strengths?
What is one thing you'd like to improve about your clan?

What are the difference between the SEA clans?

Reason why I ask is that as a gamer, caster and e-sports advocate I'm looking to really contribute to SC2 (like nirvana is for e.g.) in the most effective manner.

My view is that people that make the most difference when they are surrounded by people who are talented, passionate, successful and generous. People like those already in the above mentioned clans.

So guys tell me why your clan is the best please

You cant make a thread just for clans to recruit you. It should be more like you applying to join clans rather than clan members going out of the way and answering questionnaires to get you in their clan. if u really want to join a good clan, look thru the clan database on this site and follow their application steps and PM the leaders, thats how its done

I've edited the OP to turn it into more of a discussion of SEA clans rather than a "looking for a clan" thread so the thread will stay open for now, feel free to discuss clans.

I feel

TA is a great clan with lots of internal competitions and potential for growth in skill. I.e as long as ure good manner you can apply to join and even if ure silver/gold they will groom you into a seasoned player and u get to play with the top players in their clan.
nGen is a closeknit group of friends with the highest ladder ratings who practise and train hard alot with each other. lead by the charismatic SoFT!
aLt mostly a group of friends playing semi-competitively as nearly all of us are semi-active players with more pressing piorities irl as most of us are older too lol
pRo A nice group of friends from malaysia who meet up regularly with some top players like cobo and renson

I can vouch for this part of the TA descrip as I played TAeccentric on a ladder match and he was good manner and it was a fun match to play, even if I did completely destroy him

Kidding, was a close match and we were both offracing. I'm sure he would have beaten me easy in the TvZ we would have played if we mained as he would get to train with and spec some of the TA Zergies.
Every clan seems like it's well structured and has great leaders. None I have seen in tournaments and practice matches i've been lucky enough to spec have been bm except for funsies with each other. Looks like SEA has a great clan community as I believe all the clans are also quite friendly with each other too? Apart from that evil deL roughing up people for his own fun.

Goodness! A member of the prestigious 2bh.org in our very own forums! Surely you should be looking to grace bigger names like GOM or oGs with your presence? Why waste your considerable talent on the minnows in SEA?

As much as he gives AWESOME advice, and is a glorious GOSSIPMONGER(with sheepy), he is a really nice person.

aLt seems to be the only clan with Christmas parties that involve girls and booze.

Yeah but we have all been going to osl/msl/gsl finals parties and boozing since before christmas was even invented.

i'm gonna stay out of this one because
1. hell I'm not even in aLt
2. I'm not gonna draw similarities between mrs. nirvAnA, mrs. sheepy and kelly to racequeens.

p.s. though i could totally see kelly doing some racequeen getup thing for shizzles
