Earlier today, Blizzard announced (via their Facebook page) this silhouette of one of the brand new units coming to StarCraft II Multiplayer with the Heart of the Swarm expansion pack.

And of course, for those who missed it - here's the Terran unit that was revealed last week.

We can probably expect to see the new Protoss silhouette revealed this time next week, with a full unveiling at Blizzcon next weekend!

So what do you think these new units will be? What role will they serve and what niche will they fill?

omfg that Banjo Kazooie is amazing ROFL!

And the Lurker is already in the game guys... load up the map editor, the silhouette looks NOTHING like that. :P

i think the zerg unit could be 2 things.

1. a tier 1.5 unit that has 2 separate attacks, one melee and one for air.
2. a morphed version of the roach that can only attack air

im actually not sure if i like the idea of extra anti air early game because i dont feel like zerg needs it and id rather blizzard gave us something better.

That terran outline looks like the unit in the Last Stand mode. The engineer dweeb in the campaign makes a battle armour to join in the battle and if that is him then the terran just inherited a tanky as f^^k healer that does also like x2 the healing of medivacs and has no energy ie unlimited healing :O!!!!!!!!! but then that would just be silly shucks because then the terran would lose a unit, poor medivacs.

i agree the zerg one looks to be a siege tank equilvant for zerg which would be interesting. the terran maybe an upgrade to the maruader a maruader that can shoot air?
