Hey all,

I'm a Diamond #2 division Protoss player and I want to help out the SEA SC2 scene as much as I can, so I run tons of tournaments but then got called out about not stepping up to give free coaching so I decided to do that too.

Granted I am Diamond and probably Masters level seeing I don't ladder much and I may be the best coach you've ever seen, but this is for the lower league players who are looking for some advice to either get them started with the basic mechanics and macro, as well as advice and some friendly encouragement or berate.

Aside from being almost NUMBER ONE DIAMOND as Protoss I have a lot of Random experience from earlier in beta and in team games so I can probably teach lower ranked players (like rank 3 diamond newbs) in any race.

I will also be streaming the lessons maybe, so others can watch and join in, and also for VODs for review and such. The quality wont be that great, but still viewable or you can listen like it's a podcast. I might even make some MSPaint diagrams to explain things.

It's 100% free but you can pay me in gatorade or other electrolyte-based beverages if you like, I live in Sydney.

Hey del, yeah im a master level zerg who is having a tough time beating the lower level players ( bronze/silver) I can easily stomp all over high level players but i think i need some coaching to make my game impenetrable to the lower level players. I really hope you can help thanks

I think I can help you buddy, I can probably teach you some basic tactics like the shuttlegoon which is super effective against lower ranked players. In fact, that takes me to my first lesson - the pokemon metaphor. Imagine SC2 leagues like pokemon so that bronze is like ground type and it's super effective against gold rank. And then there's another layer to the onion when you consider play styles are like the pokemon's 2nd type. This way you can make SUPER EFFECTIVE builds for all types of pokemon/players.

Everytime I start winning the game I make weird noises along the lines of

"zugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugz ugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzug zugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzugzug"

... and I end up losing to blink stalkers.

Can you help me?

Yeah this beats me too... I think they should give marauders a special move called like "kamikaze" or something whereby they can basically shoot the ground underneath them with 2 grenades at once and shoot up in the air to hit air. They basically die but are like a baneling for air units. I think that like 4 of them should kill a battle cruiser and that's how you can handle it because yeah it's so hard etc.

I sent this to blizzard a little while ago but they didn't listen I think you should too...
