Hey guys been a while. Remeber me?

Yeah.. I'm the guy that asked this community for some feedback so I could improve my coaching (it was about a month ago)

O Ya! Whatever happened to that?

After going through pages and pages of responses (I'm still getting emailed, thanks!) I've had time to collect my thoughts and got a lot of ideas about how I can make my coaching even better
