Also, I'm going to mutual walkover those games from Round 4 that haven't been played, it's way past the extension.

Because of the slightly different nature of these 2 rounds (i.e. strict deadline, no extensions), I thought I should just clarify the walkover ruling again.

The reason for strict deadlines in these last 2 rounds is so that I can have a finalized table on 11th Jan, and so I can generate brackets for the playoffs on 14th and confirm the player list (make sure everyone can come).

Thus, the walkover rule is simple -

Any games not played by the deadline, 10pm SGT, will be declared a mutual walkover (both 0 points).
Unless, one player contacts me about his opponent being unreachable (e.g. elimzke's opponents, better contact me if you want this), then you will be given the walkover win.
So those who have problems arranging a game by deadline and really need points, it may even be feasible to just forfeit the game openly in this thread to your opponent so at least you get the 10 points for losing. This is the last resort, and unfair to one party, but better than 0 points for both.

And I must say, this SEACoL seems to have attracted the most mannered and patient of players we have on the site

So far everyone has been really understanding and cooperative with regards to the rules I've laid down and modified and added on-the-fly, and I really appreciate that. This is a learning experience for me as well and will ensure that future seasons will be more well-covered in terms of ruling.
