I already have it myself and I can confirm it is a beastly upgrade.. although I don't play Soldier much myself.

i cant get tribes working its ********************************* weird lol. i can see the menu and menus selections but everything else is super dark so i cant see the mouse lenter a game and i cant see anything but the crossharis and the rest of the HUD

Woot Got posting working .. for some reason it didn't take my registration and wouldn't let me post had to search through my mail to find the confirmation.
I Hope to receive a code, some how i missed the giveaways at the beginning of the month and Ive been searching for a location that still has any left :P All the main sites are depleted my last hope is finding someone like your self who received a few and is willing to give them out ^_^
