PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although we will make every effort to maintain inventory levels, product availability on our website is not guaranteed as situations may occur in which we maybe suddenly overcome by a surplus of orders. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via PM or e-mail. This may result in a slight waiting period before stocks become available again. If the customer wishes, full refunds will be given for orders that cannot be satisfied due to missing or outdated inventory counts displayed.

RETURN POLICY
Unless the inventory counts are outdated, we follow a No Refund Policy for physical products in the sc2sea.com store. This is because sc2sea.com is a reseller of gaming products that each have their own valid warranty's from their respective manufacturers. Although we can point you in the right direction, ultimately any problems will have to be settled independently by yourself and the manufacturing company and we are not obligated to intervene and provide additional services in these matters.

Unless the inventory counts are outdated, all digital products follow a No Refund Policy. For digital products, we will make every effort to provide customer support and liaise with our distributors within our limited scope. We will not be liable for any mistakes made due to the customers own negligence that resulted in denial of services or products. Neither will we be held liable in the circumstances where it wasn't the customers direct fault. However, under reasonable circumstances, we will make a effort to provide a high quality of service to ensure our customers are satisfied.

By making a payment via sc2sea.com's E-Shop, customers acknowledge that they have read and agreed with the above No Refund Policy.

Digital Delivery
We will strictly adhere to Blizzard's terms of service and user agreement. Although we do offer digital delivery, we will at no time ever sell used accounts or prior owned accounts on our site, or claim ownership of your game bought. From the moment your payment is made, the ownership of the game / code is yours, a single transaction from the game vendor (us) to customer (you). By purchasing the game under digital delivery, it is understood that you are giving SC2SEA.com permission to open your game box and send you the code in the box. Ownership of the game at all times remains yours. After which, you allow SC2SEA.com to dispose of the box as you have no need for it. It is universally understood for digital orders that customers only ever want the code and that is what they are paying for and receiving.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
All prices displayed on sc2sea.com are quoted in U.S. dollars, Australian dollars and Euro dollars. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products on the Web site, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor.

All products are sold "As-Is". If Blizzard one day goes bankrupt and closes down, we will not be responsible for the Starcraft 2 Guide or Accounts you have purchased from us. If Blizzard decides to no longer merge the Korean and Taiwan servers, we will not be held responsible for you inability to play on the Korean server. You are buying the products as they are NOW, and although those situations are very unlikely we will not be held accountable in any way should they materialize.
