Hello all, if you aren't aware my name is Tony. I am the owner of the newly found group Quality Gaming Academy, we are aiming to have players from most genres of games become apart of this group. Our main focus at the moment is to run regular Starcraft 2 tournaments for Australian only residents.
I would like to extend an invitation to those people currently within teams or clans to join this group to provide yourself with additional practice partners, strategy discussions as well as coaching and gameplay analysis. (Note: This group can be treated like a "Sea Serpents" group in the way that you don't need to represent us for Clan Wars etc)
With the above being said, we will have a skype group that is free access to all members, feel free to PM me for a skype add to the group.
I personally will be running a stream based on improvement via game days and replay analysis days, vods will also be uploaded to youtube to extend the coverage of the organisation, also I will be personally looking to cast again and get a lot better at that.
With the stream focuses, I will be taking my stream a lot more professionally. This means, negativity and trolling in that chat will be removed immediately, raging is completely un-acceptable (goes towards any member that chooses to take part in the org's stream) and any improvements that can be made towards the cast of tournaments etc I wish to recieve pm's. (Also if you find behaviour within the stream to be unprofessional please message me directly)
For any details, feel free to message me directly and we can sort something out.
SouL, I will be sticking with it, it's been in the works for a few months now, however, this will not be treated like a clan, so I don't think this will help the issue of clan wars etc, however feel free to ask me for casting
If we get a core group, I'm sure something can be organised

You can add me if you want, pls listen to what I have to say though. I obviously am not going to practice with plat players but I'm up for giving advice if you want,
Also if you find behaviour within the stream to be unprofessional please message me directly
Does this mean we can message you too if we find that your behavior is inappropriate? ._. [serious question]
Oh and I'd probably go +1 with the "clan" suggestion. You don't necessarily need to be a clan, but you can go ask for CWs and stuff still really as a form of practice or something. It'd be fun and keeps you active in the community. Just my few cents.

Q_Q'd.
Hope it goes well and you can get a good group of active people. One thing i would think about changing is your attitude on your stream.
You ban people for giving tips/advice.
You ban people for talking about a game that you lost 5 mins ago.
You "threaten" to ban people when they say anything you don't agree on
You laugh at your opponents mistake but then ban/threaten people that pick up on yours. They are learning as much as you are trying to.
Your running your stream based on improvements but you make new accounts and plays lower league players then proceed to laugh at them when you can make 100 banes and steam roll them.
