Any thoughts towards posting details for the various tournaments, and who runs them, so that these people can better attempt to balance the schedules of the tournaments so the maximum amount of players is available to play in each?

Basically the bigger tourneys have right of way and the smaller ones have to work around them, but for similar sized tournaments the calendar here and on TL should help - if you are going to run a tourney do a little research first. Maybe prime time sunday night is not the best time for your $25 prize little tourney if you want big names.
