Can't give you any advice on how to improve your game if you don't show us how you play. So instead you shall receive the generic response.
Being in plat I would assume that you have decent mechanics, still work on never getting supply blocked and constant worker production. Perhaps now try refining builds that you have for each individual match-up. The more you prac one build, the better you become at that build, and with that your mechanics will improve
ok for the pvp game some problems i'm noticing are:
1. You are spamming. ie. you are just pushing your control group keys for the hell of it, many times in the game you select you nexus and then do nothing with it, even though you aren't building probes and/or have chronoboost which you could be using. You save up a lot of chronoboost but then don't really use it right away.
2. Your probe production is very sporadic, granted in pvp there are times you really don't want to be making probes, but you don't make probes many times for no good reason. Like when you put down your expansion you want to make sure you have a good number of probes to saturate it really quickly after its done, in the whole time that your nexus was building you only made one probe. I think this point ties in with the first point, make sure when you are doing 'the tap' that you are actually making sure that you are making probes and using chronoboost.
3. your attack at 9 minutes was a really poor timing since your blink was nowhere near finished. you got in his base and saw he had 3 gates and a robo, which is effectively the same as what you were attacking with since you had nothing from the twilight council yet. The only difference is he didn't spend money on a twilight council so he's army should be bigger than yours as well as the fact that he has the defender's advantage. so you have to know that there is nothing you can do unless you didn't expand but he did, since your army should be 400 minerals + cost of however many workers you make - cost of twilight, larger than his army.
What you could have done instead was get blink a lot sooner and then use that to attack, you could use your obs to get vision of high ground, snipe some pylons or probes and then get out of there, while you expanded behind this harass.
4. Around the 11 minute mark your macro starts to fall way behind, you aren't mining gas from your natural for a long time so you have a gas deficiancy as well. But at around this time you rarely make any units from your gateways and as a result your money skyrockets, even if you are just making zealots it doesn't matter as long as you spend your money (zealots are good against immortal stalker anyway). I think another reason that you aren't making units is that when you do remember to make something you realize you are supply blocked so you make pylons and then forget to make units once the pylons finish.Remember that on two bases a general rule is that you make 2 pylons and then make 2 more once the previous ones finish. (this is just a general rule and if you do it perfectly you end up with way too much supply).
So just make sure that you aren't getting supply blocked, constantly making probes, and constantly checking your warp gates and robo to see if you can make more units.
5. the engagement at 14 minutes. first of all, you had a probe just sitting there with your army lol?
When you are just chillin with your army at your base make sure that it is set up to deal with an attack. What i mean by this is; have your zealots in front and make sure you are spread out so that you get a good concave. (especially since you saw he was coming)
In this engagement you are at a disadvantage because you weren't macroing properly as I said before, but not much of a disadvantage, his army was only 400 minerals and 400 gas (he also had an upgrade advantage, you need to make sure you get a forge and start upgrading at some point), so it is still possible to defeat the attack.
Once you saw his army coming at you, you need to make sure your army is in a really good position, in this case you should have set up a concave at the top of the ramp near the watchtower and when he runs up you cut his army in half and guardian shield (also i don't think you used guardian shield in the battle, make sure you do) if you managed that you should be able to crush his attack and then can probably take a third while you make some collosus.
Another good spot for an engagement is about where you engaged him maybe just a little bit further down. Because at this place like at the top of the ramp your army has a massive area to spread out while hes' army is in a choke which you can forcefield, this spot is just a bit worse because there isn't a high ground advantage as well.
As for your forcefields, you needed to cut off a smaller bit of his army, like you could have cut off just those 7 stalkers and 2 sentries, killed all those for practically free and then your army would be far bigger and in a better position than his.
I hope that helps/makes sense
