I think you need to add more info.
Something like -
What league you want your teams to consist on (BSG, PD, Masters, GM or Koreans)
Dedicatin level
If your gonna go into the SEACL2, if you do tell them what Tier you're wanting to compete in.
etc etc.

OP Needs more info, as a player i know absolutely nothing about this clan, except that "SFE" is involved.
What does "SFE" stand for?
What skill level are you looking for in players?
What are your goals with this clan?
will there be regular practise sessions? In-house tournaments?
WHY do you want to start a clan? How committed should we members be?
Is there a specidif application process?
Where are you from? Tell us about yourself!

members should be active on sea servers and i want to start a clan because when i was a bigginer,all the OTHER clans etc TCP were only recruiting plat and higher.So i started a clan for ppl who are new to the game

I would recommend joining an already formed BSG clan. There are many already made with great people in them Remember, its a lot of work making a clan and members aren't very easy to find!
