edit: Hi everyone. Unfortunately I've decided to shut down teamiso. Although the response was good. I got 10-15 emails. After responding to a lot of these messages I then heard nothing back.
Actually the best response came from Diamond players that were committed to getting better and wanted to join the team when they hit Masters.
Thank you for the support SEA, this really is a group of kind, awesome StarCraft players. I will now look an already established clan to join.
germ.
Hello.
After looking for a serious clan for myself and not finding something that suited, which way or another. I decided to create one with the values and purpose that I was looking for. And, a nice website doesn't hurt.
Okay, yes it's a clan. Team just sounds better so let's just go with that.
Again it helps if u explain more about yourself and your clan.
Who do u have on your clan atm, Whats ur avg League, Whats your long term vision etc etc.
Not trying to be an arse here but coming into a forum asking for Master/GM to commit 30hrs/week and also team practise is pretty absurd when nobody knows anything about you or your clan yet.

Absolutely. Fair points.
First of all I'm looking for players, like myself that are already putting in 30+ hours a week. Not an extra 30 hours of practice, I'll look at revising how this is stated.
My goal is to see how far I can get in StarCraft.
I'm playing 10 hours a day on KR, NA and SEA. I didn't belong to a team or clan. My practice partners are perhaps a little too casual and do not share the same goals.
I envision this group to be a stepping stone from master league to pro. For players that are in a similar position to myself that have the time available and want a stronger focus to improving their play.
I welcome changeover, I want players to move on to professional teams.
Who is on the team right now? Me... Is that not enough? ;-)
Hahaha good luck in your venture man ^^ Maybe you ask the impossible with that much dedication to the game. For the meanwhile, you may be better off joining a team that can offer what you want.

Thats sad to hear, dude. Looked like a really good team, especially with that website
Sometimes it can be hard to start something from scratch though, especially when there are so many well established teams out there. Best of luck finding one that suits you
