With the recent explosion in th popularity of barcraft. add to the fact that the recent barcraft sydney proposal has had over 100 ppl show interest. I am expressing tentative proposal of sc2 barcraft style events being held and the interest of the communtiy in them.

I have through contacts and my own experience alot of abilty at runniung events as such (non specific) and my dream would be to hold sc2 style events, SO im asking the community of there interest in such things. I will not give away to much details except to community heads if they wish to know more for now as this is merely tentative what i would like to know is this.

1. What areas would be best? ie: city? or area such as chatswood where tournaments have been held before? (note these are not tournaments)

2 would an entry fee be to much to ask? say 10 dollars?

I know this is vague but it is my baby so you can understand if i dont want t post to much up just yet.

Sigh i hate living in Perth. Never get any cool stuff like this.

I think asking $5-10 for an entry fee wouldnt be a bad idea, providing the money went to some kind of activity or prize for people attending, or for the hire of the venue.

yeah well obviously there will be more then just watching a tournament but there my secrets for now lol. And i will take a loss the first couple f times i run these events in the hope i could build up a fanbase.
