Although I occasionally change a few around - e.g. elem arrow with impale (with bleed rune)
and caltrops with bat companion (if I really need the rage regen).
I'm currently 90% through Act 2 inferno, will be progressing through act 3 today - it's been decent for me so far.
Current DPS (with Sharpshooter) = 35k
Weapons: Dual wielding 2 x Hand Crossbows
If I start an inferno run, I won't switch out skills for boss fights, since that will get rid of the nephalem valor buffs I have obviously. I always have stampede because of the elite mobs - aiming isn't a problem if you know how to aim at enemies that are getting knocked back, and even so: my frost elem arrow pierces anyway, and the bola acid shot hits 3 targets, which makes missing harder. So long as you can kite and stutter step ok / use caltrops properly, some sets of mobs become very easy.
Yea I usually swap out Stampede during boss for Marked for Death as I figured the 12% damage boost would be useful for my group. Yea I'm too lazy/bad to solo bosses lol it's just so tiring to kite bosses for 10 minutes! I normally play with a Wizard friend who kites/tanks with the Force Armor build for bosses.
I shall try out Impale and see how it works out.
EDIT: Updated OP quite a bit with my character/skill page and stuff. 18.7k DPS wooohoo (without crit buff)

I have finished act 1 inferno and have had little difficulty so far. The only packs that are challenging are the invulnerable minion packs. With this build it makes things that are normally difficult for us, such as fast mortar, teleporter really quite easy.
The way I play it is just use smoke screen nearly all the time. If something is likely to touch me, I use smokescreen to immune it. My character is at about 20k dps according the the character sheet, and I am on 21k life. Even on the normal mobs if something is likely to touch me I use smokescreen, which with lingering fog gives me 3 seconds of immunity that I can use to either dps or gain distance. I use 1h crossbows both of which have +max discipline on them meaning I can do a lot of smoke screens before I run out, especially with prep.
Some people have said that I should use Chakram instead of multishot but I don't really like it, I may just be bad at aiming it.
The main problem people I have shared this build with run into is they are hesitant to use smokescreen and feel it is some sort of cooldown that should be saved just in case. This is not so and especially with some good +max discipline on your cloak and bows you should not normally run out of disc before even mobs with extra health die.
Agree, Act 1 Inferno is easy, the reason being is that everything is slow, and you can nuke them down very easy. Act 2 is a significant step up, I'm about halfway through but I'm going to stop progression for a bit to farm inferno Act 1 to get my dps up to the 30-40k mark (without sharpshooter obv).
Reading the class forums, DH seems like one of the better solo classes, but we are very limited in Inferno in builds and what we can do.
Everything 1 shots you, and trash mobs are easy enough (spam your aoe, they die before they get close) and Bosses are actually easy (purple guys are easy to kite for some reason) but Blue and Yellow packs are insane. I am literally popping smoke and spamming DPS for 3 seconds and chaining it together. When I don't have smoke up I am kiting as best as I can until my Disc is replenished, which is difficult to do in Act 2 as everything is on steroids.
This is why I am waiting for more dps until I begin trying to progress solo again, I cannot kill the blue/yellow packs in Act 2 in 6 smoke screens (I do a little kiting between a few to replenish disc), heck I'm barely getting them down to half and whilst I could skip each pack, i'll just hit another wall somewhere without the better gear. Sucks that we are forced to be super glass cannons, but stacking Vit is not viable, sure you won't be 1 shot, but we don't have any good regen abilities and the 2nd shot will simply finish you off.
Still having fun tho, just don't like hitting gear brick walls :P Might be a good chance to get my friends to catch up (They're still in normal lol).
Your cleared insane with that dps?
I have 32k dps or 60k dps with sharpshooter and I'm stuck at Inferno Act II
Replace the hungering arrow to entagling shot(+6hatred rune) and impale to caltrops(10% cric chance rune) and you've got my build.
@ People using Entangling Shot (with +6 hatred rune), are you guys using that primarily for quicker Hatred regen or primarily for the snare? If snare, isn't Frost Elemental Arrow better?
@duanloves Na I'm just beginning on Act II, time to join the My-Gear-Isnt-Good-Enough-So-I-Cant-Clear-ActII-Because-Everything-Is-Imbaly-Fast-And-Strong Club.

How about using it for both? If we use Frost Arrow, we can't use Ball Lightning which is a superior AOE. Having a slow and the best hatred generator in 1 is quite awesome.

Yea true that could work too. I'll have to adapt my playstyle abit to switch to try that, because I'm used to having a snare attached to what I'm spamming Hatred spending with.
Incase people did not notice, SS was nerfed, went from 2 second duration to 1 second, added 3 sec cooldown and reduced lingering fog to 0.5 secs from 1 sec.
Firstly, that means the build outlined in the above video does not work (I still question whether it worked in Act 2+ to begin with).
Second, DH's back to the drawing board. I still think SS/Prep is a must have, but now as a safety net whilst kiting instead of a 'pop this, chain it and zerg everything down'.
Personally, i'm going to try a few things, I think i'll drop Lingering Fog and pick up Displacement, might drop Cull the Weak and grab Tactical Advantage, and I might try dropping the Bat companion and picking up something like Caltrops with either Hooked Spines or Carved Stakes (Don't like using disc when I will still want to SS). Also considering dropping Impale/Entageling Shot and picking up Hungering arrow and Vault, maybe something like http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculato...VYd!aYe!YaacaY
I'll probably try them all out individually first, rather then change all my skills at once.
