@duanloves Na I'm just beginning on Act II, time to join the My-Gear-Isnt-Good-Enough-So-I-Cant-Clear-ActII-Because-Everything-Is-Imbaly-Fast-And-Strong Club.

How about using it for both? If we use Frost Arrow, we can't use Ball Lightning which is a superior AOE. Having a slow and the best hatred generator in 1 is quite awesome.
