Dustin Browder has just released a developer's blog to update everyone on how much has changed in Heart Of The Swarm since Blizzcon 2011

In short
Shredder - Gone
Replicator - Gone
Overseer - Staying (for now)
Nydus Worms - Now Available in different flavours
and even more changes including looking at an "extremely long-ranged terran missile launcher that can be used to break siege tank lines".

My personal favourite line is
