VB_WhiplashJC Leader of VB Tourneys Joined: 13	Unfortunately when we recruit bronzes (and they're active enough to be playing in tournaments), they tend to promote. The only result is that it discourages our lower players from laddering. We aren't going to recruit bronzes asap just to participate in a tournament, they have to go through our process which tbh takes on average a month.
