The first qualifier for ESCL has partly finished, this qualifier was awarding 8 seeds. Unfortunately due to no shows including the four Invictus Gaming players who were busy at a offline event we didn't have enough players to fill all seed slots, leaving us with two seed positions left. With these two seeds we are running a WCS format group with four players, top two will take the last two seeds.

It sucks that all 4 of those chinese players couldn't make it through, but should be good nonetheless

Macsed finished in first place, only dropping one map I believe.

XY finished in Second place, coming from the losers bracket to take out Jim and Cloudy, with some of the sickest TvP clutch plays I have seen.

Expedition Lost vs Jim, base trading against Chargelot archon (3-3) vs 2-2 bio mine, holding with a PF, a hand ful of bio vs 5-6 archons, 2 collos and some chargelots. Epic.

Vaani, vs Cloudy, with the sickest play of the night, holding a two base collos allin, with boosted medivacs dropping speed burrow mines onto the protoss army, killing 3-4 of the 5 collos.

So sick casting these players, PvP averaged around 7-8 minutes all up. With every game being proxy stargate haha.
