Hi guys,

I'm not sure if it's appropriate for me to post something like this, but here goes!

I'm currently living in Shanghai, China studying Chinese and will be here for another 6 months! It's been so long since I've been able to play SC2 due to how much of a pain it is to set up an account, I was wondering if there's anyone out there who might have a CN mainland account willing to let me borrow it if they're not using it at all?

I was around mid masters level as zerg when I was playing last year, I'm guessing I'd only be like plat/diamond now! All I've been doing is studying Chinese though and need something to get me through the long winter holidays over here!

Apologies if I shouldn't be asking for this kind of thing on the forums, if not I'll start looking for places to buy Blizzard cards, setting up a SC2 account in China is such a pain in the ass though from what I've read haha >.<

I had no trouble playing on the laowai client when I was over there - ping to korea wasn't much worse than aus to NA/SEA. Is your laptop garbage or do you just have a thing for dirty wangbas?

I played NA from beijing, I could only do it at night though.
Just get a teacher to set one up for you.

I can't play on my laptop pox, it's like 5 years old and is absolute trash T-T... I might try but I'm pretty sure it'll die before logging in... dirty wangbas are also a lot of fun mate, especially the brown patches on the inside of the headphones T-T

Guess I might try stealing a friends laptop a go ahaha >.<

Just play on NA/SEA servers, i have no problem playing from Beijing when i was there. CN accounts are not worth the money imo.

hey DOLO! I can help you with CN accounts whether you want to borrow or buy one, I know all about it.

Also I'm playing almost exclusively on CN server nowadays with a VPN connection from Sydney, its lower ping than my connection to KR or NA or even SEA.
