If you were worthy to be out of bronze, you wouldn't be losing so much to not get 1st in your division.

A good way to test your macro is with timings from pro players, heres a 1base build for bronze players with the timings so that you know you're keeping up with it. If you can hit the timings in this then you will get out of Bronze with this build then you can learn a harder to execute build.

15 Spawning Pool
16 Gas
15 Overlord
15 Queen
17 Zergling
18 Zergling
20 Roach Warren
19 Overlord

19 Overlord
19+ Spam roaches, after first inject of roaches pop move out and kill them!
Next ovie should be 37 supply or so, rally all new roaches to their base aswell

in-game timings

3:30 lings pop
3:30 roach warren starts
3:58 queen pops
4:40 first inject finishes
5:13 roaches from first inject pop
6:15 roaches reach their main ramp

But yea, if you don't want to play Zerg then just find a Protoss replay of a 1 base build (4gate) and write down the timings that are hit by the player in the replay, then see if your timings are the same. If they're not then your macro sucks. I got to Diamond messing about with 4gate vs every matchup and I have no idea how to play protoss, its all about executing with good timing!

thanks for the help that timing does help though even though i don't play zerg i do know the one base plays i have them down i think after going over my replays it was coming down to the transition from the one base to a late game transition on different maps that i wouldn't be able to do the all in base play

• you used chrono before your pylon finished
  
• your build is unrefined you start gas pylon and cyber at once
  
• you don’t start warpgate straight away
  
• you have 2 probes on the field for no reason
  
• missing probes before 6 mins is unforgivable
  
• you have a mainly stalker army and you fight head to head with marines, stalkers suck either kite or make more lots @9mins
  
• look at all that juicy chrono you are not using @11mins
  
• holy crap you lost a colossus to un-upgraded marines and with ffs work on that micro@12mins
  
• you have 650 gas, its 12.30 and you don’t have any forges or a twilight

• 15mins NO BLOODY FORGE also why is your observer in his main it should be out on the map you are 100% blind ATM you basically have map hacks use them...

• 19 mins no forge no twilight, I am pretty sure you have created 2 probes in the past 4 mins if you have "good" macro off 20 probes it doesn’t count.

• its been 20 mins why does terran only have one base? think about the game don’t be on auto pilot you should search for more bases
  
• 22mins you have 1300/865 you didn’t know terran had another base but still you should macro till the end.
  
• no upgrades and you have had the forge for 5 mins
  
• bam you dead don’t get complacent @25 mins
  
• supply blocked at 27 mins

lol yea sorry guys again thanks for the long list of feed back i did watch that replay and yea it was a bad game on my end i was really all over the place its something i really need to work on is because i know specific all in builds only work on certain maps but you aren't being harsh just telling me strait up witch is what i wanted iam back up to first i corected my mistakes and iam wining my matches again i just needed to completely go back to the basics again and correct what i was doing. trust me i do not play that bad all the time. again thank you alot for the feed back.

why does every Bronze and Silver player turtle..???
I find it very tiresome and quite frankly boring.
Gold players dont, and I find them more fun to play against and sometimes win...

Bronze, just sit there, and I throw my troops at them ala gallipoli, and eventually get tired/bored and quit, or they counter when I have no troops left..

Work on your mechanics, get stronger at macro games, when you see a player building 50 cannons don't attack, build up a stronger army and crush him later on with the money you put into more bases, more upgrades and more units, juts play super safe and play out for the long game if your up againced this, you may find it had to break them because your not hitting you timings, for instance, you may be 4 gating but hitting at 7-8 min where you should be attacking at around 5:45-6 min, have a look at your replays and look for things to improve on, fenner has a great guide if your zerg http://www.fenn3r.com/fundamentals/

check the 2nd post, it has some basic stuff that a lot of low league players overlook

I know I suck with my macro.. 2 bases is ok.. 3.... I start to struggle. 4+........ I find it too difficult.. its usually by this time I am over the game, and starting to get pissed off that my opponent has done nothing except say "GLHF" or "U2".

Mindset is also a key thing. If you get annoyed easily and start blaming someone else for the loss then you won't get any better. If you lose a game it's because you made a mistake and there are more than enough people here to guide you through what went wrong etc.

You just have to practice more on Ladders, play with friends, etc... for you to improve and you than get a good chance to get out or Bronze. I was stuck in Bronze, for awhile, but out of the blue, i got promoted to silver beginning of this current season.

So just keep at it and more practice
