I've started streaming using OBS or Open Broadcaster Software, being the free alternate to Xsplit. Special thanks to fenner for his guide which helped me set it up

I was wanting to have the starboard (scoreboard) on OBS as available with xsplit but i was unsure how or if this is possible.

Yes you can. I was casting with antelope and i saw him use starboard while streaming on OBS. Works fine.

Yup, as long as you run SC2 on fullscreen windows mode, Starboard should be fine ~ ^_^

Do you add it as a plugin (if so explain how plz) or how to you do it?

Just launch Starboard, and it should just open the scoreboard in the top,
fiddle around with the settings about color, name and race
alt+tab into Starcraft and it should stay on top of the window.

If you have a second monitor you can add it as a screen region, and then it will always be on top , and sicne its a screen region you can move it within OBS and haveit where ever you like
