HowAreYa Tourneys Joined / Won: 25/1 Achievements (1)	Yeah, the table says 1280 point to NEAR grandmaster and getting that many points you will need a higher win rate than 60% This makes sense, I was looking through may last seasons league (diamond), and rank 6 and above got promoted to masters, and everyone below that rank/(that guys points) stayed in diamond.
