Oops I lagged out my reply that was supposed to be after the main post -.- Sorry guys.
Okay what I wanted advice on was new efficient builds, like atm my most efficient builds are down to fourgating and to 2 gate robos and an occasional 3 gate star gate....

You can fourgate? You'll be 1700 diamond no time at all.
Seriously though, have a read of TL. If you want a build that's a good place to start. What helped me out a lot was watching adebisi on youtube who tells you what he is thinking while he is playing. So instead of just doing a build he sort of explains why and what he is reacting to. I'm sure there is a protoss equivalent somewhere.
Then say which builds you need help with, a bit general as it is.
Also, if you're bronze, you can get silver just by having better mechanics and macro only. Watch day[9] ep 252 and focus on those mechanics he talks about ONLY. Literally dont change your focus to countering builds to the point of mastery, just focus on one or two things at a time and you'll be promoted.
Watch more replays of good players and practice more. And like Zergtastic says, watch some of daynine's stuff that would help you on mechanics and stuff. You can find builds anywhere on TL.
If you're in the bronze league; you shouldn't worry about build-orders or timings, at all. You should just focus on constantly maintaining and being on-top of your macro, that is (from a Protoss P.O.V.); constantly creating probes out of your nexuses, constantly using chronoboost on appropriate structures, always producing out of your unit producing structures, keeping your warp-gates ('w' hot-key by default) on cool-down and expanding.
Then combine the above with not focusing on the battles happening on screen (try to just box your units and a-move) but rather focus on not letting your macro slip. Those above points alone will be enough to propel you out of the bronze league easily and was also the advice I got from an ex-top 200 player when I was playing Protoss.
I wrote a short-guide a while ago (Sky's Protoss Guide to Promotion) that has a few things that helped me get promoted from the bronze league to the gold league as Protoss, unfortunately I've recently begun playing Zerg so that guide won't be including the later advancements in ladder standings. But regardless check it out; as it may be helpful.
Also, when posting a topic asking for advice; as others have said please try to be as detailed as possible with what you're wanting advice on as well as what HuT suggested of attaching replays for the community to review

I think the most important thing to learn in bronze league is scouting more, making sure u dont get supply blocked, and constant training of probes, using hotkeys and training units while on the move using yor hotkeys. And i guess making su

TL : DR version: Practice macro
Well to be honest, macro is alot more important to master while you're in lower leagues. Get your macro solid, then practice your micro. I know you've probably heard this a million times but, 4gating doesn't help you improve that much.
it is true, although my ranking has plummeted to the bottom after watching day[9] as I changed my hotkey set up to make it more efficient. i'm a sad sad man. (yes, i know there are build order testers, but no one attacks me like a RL person does lol.)
I think my problem when I was in my promotion phase was that I was out microed in my PvP and then out macroed in my PvZ and PvT idk what happened =/ Last night was just a bad night for me gaming wise
