If you can't access the form it means you don't meet the requirements. Of course we don't want to give this to just anyone or people will just be mass making accounts to get them so the requirements for the moment are:

• Minimum of 50 posts or being a TGM Subscriber (past or present)
• Each user limited to one key

If you are thinking of buying a KR/TW SC2 Key but are not sure of the latency there's now no better way to test it. Will also be nice to test yourself against the mighty Koreans! And if you don't have 50 posts, well its time to stop lurking and get more involved, as this is only the start of the good stuff we will give our loyal community members.
