Hopefully a few more people can come to this one!
It would be a great way to wind down after such a hectic weekend. Would love to meet those of you I haven't met before and head to a bar after dinner maybe. Hope to see a few of you there!
just wondering, if acl finishes at 9. what time will the organisers be done closing up?
It's hard to say... Last time it took us about 2 hours to pack up in Sydney. I'd like to stick around and help out a little bit, even if it's just all the tables and chairs. If everyone chips in, we can get a significant amount of work done in 30 minutes and then head off!

Yeah that's why I asked. If we all got out of the venue in good time we could potentially do something afterwards with many people being able to attend. But knowing how these things normally go, I'll keep dinner when it is. If there's time after ACL we'll grab some drinks
so I failed an exam. now I have a resit. resit is on the 11th. I applied for extension as I am in Melbourne until the 15th. extension was not granted. I now have to return to NZ on Sunday night at 6:30pm.
SOOO not only will I not be able to make this dinner, but I will also miss half of ACL on Sunday.
