Please elaborate on your problem a lot more, perhaps even include some replays and a bit more detailed information about your situation - and also, try to name your threads properly.
Just for reference I've renamed this thread for you. But please do edit your OP with more information if you expect people to be able to help you effectively.
Your questions are very basic. They lack details, it needs to be specified. There's a million things you can do, but it's situational. You could a-move and win or hold a contain etc etc etc.
To beat sieged tanks in a good position like Typhon Peaks center of the map, the easy way to beat it is to not let it happen. It's so hard to break through a siege line without being up by 50 supply. However, if you find yourself in this situation, i would drop all over the place, abuse the immobility that they give you. If he has to pull back his marines to defend, you could easily drop marines on his own tanks or a banshee could go to town on them.
Hope this helped in any way, even though i'm not Terran this seems the most LOGICAL thing to do.

It would be quite helpful if you provided a replay, so that people could see where your going wrong, what the game state was..
Any of these beat siege tanks:
1)banshees
2)Marauders
3)Siege tanks w/ vikings.
4) Marines in large large numbers (sounds funny but it actually works of you stim and engage correctly at the right time)
5)BattleCruisers
6)Nukes, when the connect.
See? Thats not a very helpful answer, because a lot of starcraft is situational, providing a replay will allow people to see where you went wrong and tell you specifically what you can do within your style and position.
If you have siege tanks outside of his base, you could either expand, or apply more pressure on the main by hitting buildings after getting vision. Also watch out for drops, because you probably have your whole army outside of his base too, drops could do a lot of damage.
Sounds like you're asking how to break a siege line/contain. You got a few options. Im assuming you have siege tanks.
Your basic goal is to get your siege tanks in position to take out his and setup your position. You can protect your siege tanks by having something else tank for htem (marines/hellions/thors/marauders/vikings). Move your siege tanks in range whilst other units tanking and siege up. I like to siege half and use my tanks to target fire siege tanks as their single target dmg is great. Make sure you spread all your units when you engage to minimize losses. Also you have to gauge whether you can take out that siege line or not. You have to assess will he have enough units to tank for their tanks? You can also break siege lines by picking off weak parts, maneuver your army to take out one side and you'll be in good position, etc. If you have air control...well just get a banshee or two.
Like its been mentioned more info needed Hope this helps anyways. I had huge problems breaking siege tanks too until i decided to just unsiege and go for it, I know have better experience in assessing whether i can break or not.
As everyone has stated before, you need more info.
However as a general thing, Once an opposing terran has a hard contain on you, you are very screwed unless he gets sloppy. Your only real option is to elevator some stuff away from your base (hoping that he wont notice or put up sensor towers everywhere) and counter him.
Against a soft tank line thats sieged, you generally need an overwhelming force. If you only have a slightly better force, you might break it only to find his reinforcements a move past your ragged leftovers and just recontain you or win.
As for what you should do if you are doing the contain: set up turrets just in front of your siege line if you can (mayb bunkers too). make sensor towers and turrets surrounding him so he cant run around you with a drop, take expansions everywhere. start building more structures to reinforce. Basically if you have a contain up as long as you can macro you should always be able to crush your opponent with your reinforcement even if he breaks out of your initial contain.
(just keep an eye out for things like a sudden mass air switch by scanning him fairly regularly.)
From what I remember, you can't break a PERFECT seige line. Thats why people call it "perfect".
1. If you get a seige tank outside his base, slowly tear him apart by trying to gain vision of high ground. Medivacs, vikings, scans, lifted barracks are good choices. Prevent the opponent from sniping your tanks down by constantly running your mm ball around and protect the tank at all costs.
2. Don't waste money by sacrificing lots of unit by trying to break through a seige line. But this means that he is immobile and his bases are vulnuerable, so try and harrass him to death.
