64 Player Tournament
Details
Date: Sunday, 27th of February, 2011. Time: 7pm AEST, 4pm SGT Location: SEA Battle.net region. Tournament Eligibility: You must be in the Gold, Platinum or Diamond league (1v1 - SEA license). Diamond players must be under 2700pts, higher players will be disqualified. How to Sign Up: Register in this signup thread, click join tournament, and post your user name, character code, league, and if diamond how many ladder points below. The top 8 players from this event shall qualify for the Masters Cup on 13/3/11 and the chance to win the $70 prize for that event. Wildcard qualifying spots may also be given for impressive play outside of the top 8. Battle.net Chat-Channel: "sc2seaGPD". If the event is full, the late replacement channel shall be sc2seaGPDx
Map List
The first map of each round is pre-determined and outlined in the following list. The losing player will decide the subsequent map. The map pool is as follows:
Ro64: Xel'Naga Caverns (B01 no 2nd game) Ro32: Metalopolis (B01 no 2nd game) Ro16: Backwater Gulch (B03) Ro8: The Shattered Temple (B03) Semi-Finals: Slag Pits (B03) Finals: Typhon Peaks (B05)
Loser can pick from any the following maps:
Xel'Naga Caverns, Metalopolis, Shakuras Plateau, Lost Temple, Blistering Sands, Delta Quadrant, Scrap Station
*The new ladder maps shall only be for the first game in the BO3's and the final. They cannot be selected again by a losing player. This shall allow people another week to practice on them.
When submitting results, can you try and submit them like this: Eddie 2 > FaDeEdOne 1.
