The weekly SC2SEA BSG is a 64 player, single elimination style tournament.

Date: Saturday April 27th 2013.
Time: 8pm Sydney time ;
27 April 2013 8:00 PM AEST

Location: SEA Battle.net region.
Tournament Eligibility: You must be in the Bronze, Silver or Gold league (1v1 - SEA license) and you must be active on ladder.
Everyone will be checked for typical smurf activity designed to keep them in a lower league.

+ [ Rules and Regulations ] +
  • You must contact your opponent on Battle.net preferably by being in the group "sc2seaBSG" to play your match
  • You have ~15 minutes to start your Round 1 match; anybody that is not contactable after 10 minutes will be disqualified. This 10 minute timeout rule applies throughout the tournament.
  • Tournament admins or official streamers are always allowed and the only ones to observe your game
  • There is no switching of race during the tournament.
  • Problems/Questions: When in doubt about anything, contact an admin
  • Reporting Results: After the match has been played, you must report the result by pm to an admin
  • Disconnects: If a player disconnects, the game must be replayed. If a player disconnects for a second time, his opponent will be awarded a free-win. A win may also be awarded if the player that disconnected was significantly behind at the time of disconnection. Contact an admin if you would like your game/replay reviewed.
  • Pauses: You must notify your opponent in game if you wish to pause. This pause should not exceed 5 minutes. Excessive pausing in game may lead to disqualification.
  • Bad Manner will not be tolerated. Anyone caught BMing will be warned. Further offenses will lead to disqualification. Any racist, hateful or excessively derogatory language may lead to removal without warning. We are a friendly group and we'd like to see it stay that way.
  • Replays: Should be saved at least until the following tournament. Anyone asked by admins to provide a replay who cannot do so will be disqualified.

1. Round of 32 bo1 on Akilon Wastes
2. Round of 16 bo1 on Bel'Shir Vestige LE
3. Quarter Finals bo3 on Daybreak LE
4. Semi Finals bo3 on Neo Planet S LE
5. Grand Final bo5 on Newkirk Precinct

For finals rounds that are best of 3 or 5, loser of previous game may pick any map from the following list. Maps may be repeated as many times as players wish.

    It starts at 8PM server time.. and can take maybe 3 Hours?? to go start to finish. Maybe longer depending on game length.

    As for the rules etc.. the previous page to this has the information and round set up. There will be Best of 1 series up to the quarter finals then Best of 3 then best of 5 for finals.

    Not that i know of. The earlier one is on sunday's that starts at 6PM... but im canadian so this is killer just to wake up as it is lol. Glad i could help!! Hope to see you on the digital battlefield!
