i thought 3 gate robo was abit outdated now wasnt it?
i used to do it alot however my memory of it is very rough
sorry couldnt help.
im not sure if the match up will determine will change the build.. i think it might a little.
This is my go-to PvP build! Unfortunately I'm pretty sure mine isn't terribly optimised either so I can't be of much help to you. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread, haha.

Yeah...maybe look up PvP robo builds on teamliquid forums that are newer. These days you need earlier refined timings or macro oriented ones. Most people I vs'd with 3 gate robo believe it's an allin.
You don't really have to read all of this, it's just a wall of text about the PvP metagame and not the actual build order that you requested.
3gate robo is, in my opinion, one of the weakest PvP builds you can use. It's very weak to stargate and fast expands. It has a slight advantage over blink stalkers, but you still have to be defensive.
Going robo is still viable, and I do it a lot, but as a 2gate robo instead. This is because 3gate robo with immortals takes up all of your money. You don't have any to spend on tech. Sure, you can halt gateway production, but then why build the 3rd gateway in the first place if you aren't going to use it?
So 2gate robo. From here, you react according to what your opponent is doing.
-If they went for a super fast expansion at 7 mins or something, which you don't scout until your observer gets to his, well, you're in trouble. You either expand and play from behind, or you get 1 colossus as soon as you can and go all in, 4gate robo.
-If they went for stargate, then that kind of sucks for you. Expand and have some stalkers in the mineral line, after making sure that they aren't doing a 4gate with phoenix or something crazy like that.
-If they went blink stalkers or blink obs, then that's good. You got immortals, and you should be fine, although they might be able to expand earlier.
-If they also go robo, then it's a mirror. Most of the time it's a good idea to build a colossus bay. If they expand without getting colossus, you can hit a timing and just straight up kill them (if it's a mirror like this, most of the time "first player to expand loses"). Or you can expand yourself. If it looks like they are going colossus as well, then it's pretty much one base colossus wars like season 2.
I hope that makes sense, if you need some clarification, just ask.
As for the build order, you can either do a 3 stalker rush and add a robo after 3 stalkers. Or you can go gate robo gate.
If you're doing it off one gate, chronoboost your first zealot and 2 stalkers out. The 4th unit can be another stalker if you want to put on 1gate pressure and take map control and deny proxy pylons, or it can be a sentry if you want to sit at your ramp and do nothing. Add a robo when you have money for it. Add a second gate afterwards. Pretty straight forward.
If you googled, or if someone already has googled above, you can use that. But the main point is, go 2gate robo, and transition after scouting. 3gate robo sucks.
I don't think this build is usful in any match up. Like PvT you want to be 1 gate expanding. PvZ forge expand or gate expand. PvP 1 gate robo or 2 gate robo expand or 1 base colossus all in
