A few small things. You stimmed a huuuuge bio ball at the top to snipe that expo.
Very late upgrades.
The final fight at his expo could have been significantly different if you had a different unit composition.replace a couple of thors with siege tanks, reduce number of marines with more marauders.
You KNEW he was baneling heavy yet you kept making so many marines. I understand your need for marines in case of mutas, but I think it came down your scouting.

Simply going Marine+Thor against zerg won't win you the game, You need to respond to his baneling/roach properly.
