Here at Silicon Sports we feel that the Oceanic Dota 2 Scene needs more coverage; right now it’s difficult to follow what is happening in our own backyard, with events happening constantly but with no discussion happening around them.

We want to change that.

So, starting next Thursday 3rd October at 9pm AEST (continuing every week after), Silicon Sports will be airing a new talk show, ‘Between Rounds’ on our Twitch channel, twitch.tv/SiliconSports. We want to cover the news and results of the Oceanic Dota scene, as well as discuss the state of the scene itself.

Tonders and theeviltwig, our official Dota 2 casters, will be hosting the show, which will feature many guests over the coming weeks to provide further insight into the Oceanic scene. For our pilot episode, we’re happy to announce that ‘r1sk’, captain of Hans Reborn, will be joining the panel. EnterHavoc (tournament organiser at Silicon Sports) will also be joining the discussion.

We hope that the talk show will allow people to be more engaged in the local scene and grow Dota 2 as an eSport in Australia and New Zealand.
