Do you feel like you have a lot of untapped potential?
Do you want to explore the possibility of becoming a professional player?
If so, then this announcement is for you!
We at Silicon Sports are striving to grow eSports in every way possible, and with that in mind Petrify, Caution and rezyn are here to introduce the first ever Silicon Sports Academy!
The academy will consist of a group of players who will be working together to improve and take the next step in becoming the best player they can be. We expect players we recruit to be very committed towards improving and becoming the very best they can be with training from the academy.
The Academy is not trying to introduce Silicon Sports as a clan but introduce a program in order to improve players to the point which they are able to join the ranks of Team Silicon Sports, or another professional team.
For more information and to submit your application please visit the Silicon Sports website
Do you guys have any certain skill level requirements?
And what is your position and/or thoughts on applicants being IN clans and wanting to remain in the clan for social purposes?
Sorry if this is in the site, but perhaps some answers in this forum might be useful to not only myself, but other lazy people that don't like multiple tabs open.
This sounded pretty cool when I first heard about it (can't remember if it was at the barcraft where you announced the new SLCN people or on the post about it here). Will be interesting to see where it goes!

SEA - means I'm pretty awesome
We will ideally be looking at Masters level players and possibly Diamond - as you can imagine this will allow us to help iron out the kinks in game play to help get you to the next level.
As for Clan membership - this will not affect that. For example, Petrify and Pezz are both active ToR clan members but play for Team Silicon Sports.
This definitely sounds like a great opportunity for anyone looking to improve their game and take it to the next level. I've applied and best of luck to all other applicants
Gogo SLCN
Just another quick question.
Hope this doesn't seem to annoying but~
When can applicants expect an e-mail or Skype pm back?
One of my mates is extremely keen to hear back.
Due to the number of people applying I'm not sure if we'll be able to contact everyone back. We will be contacting successful applicants most likely next week between Monday and Wednesday via skype pm's or email.
Woot taking a leaf out of 's book - the academy system has worked well to some extent, looking forward to seeing what SLCN can offer for up and coming players ^^
