Archon Gaming is proud to announce our foray into the world of StarCraft 2 with the pickup of Tigey! Tigey is currently competing in the ACL online tournament, where he today proved his worth by beating out x5.Pig in the qualifiers! We have high hopes that he will make it to the finals in Melbourne and showcase his ability at LAN.

Here’s what Turkle, a manager here at Archon Gaming, had to say;

“We are really excited to introduce our newest member to the Archon Gaming ranks, I have known Tigey for a while now and know what he is capable of. We are looking forward to see how he goes at his first major tournament, the ACL Pro Melbourne.”

And from Tigey;

“I am really looking forward to being a part of Archon Gaming, they are going to give me the opportunity to travel to events around Australia which is what I have wanted to be able to do for a long time now. Being part of an established team will further increase my motivation, time and effort that I put into the game which will help me reach my full potential as a player. I am exceptionally grateful for this opportunity that I have been given and will put as much effort as I can into developing myself as a player.”

Tigey got straight into SC2 on release, making his way to the Grand Masters leagues in 2011. He has since attended several Sydney LANs as well as numerous online events. He is looking forward to increase both his skill as a player, and his presence in the community over the coming months and years.

Archon Gaming will continue to expand itself competitively across 2013 and 2014, with an increased focus on top level teams and LAN presence. We're very excited for what the future holds for us, and we're very confident now with Tigey by our side.

Archon Gaming was first established in December 2010, and has since made a good name for itself in the Call of Duty scene. We have since expanded out into other areas, and hope to cement our place as one of the premier gaming organisations in Australia over the next year.
