Hey everyone!

Just wanna know how many NUS doods are actually playing sc2 regularly. I'm from the engineering faculty, would be good if we can all have a small gathering once in awhile to talk trash bout starcraft2! Better still, we can suggest to include Starcraft2 in the upcoming IFG! (other than good old boring DotA) That'll be great

wow. there's DOTA in IFG now? i graduated years back. i still remember the times when there was broodwar and the comps were running windows NT. everything was a LAN and we would skip lectures to play BW in YIH, and whatever library there was till the librarian realised that people were gaming on the comps!!! nus had so many libraries..

I hope you guys finished your mid terms... Well mine just ended with MA1506, I was thinking, we start a starcraft clan called NUS? I see that the gaming club issnt really doing anything...but imagine sc2 is in IFG... Engin would definitely win since we have HGHx!!!!

got DOTA for IFG? Back in the day I only managed to play in Engine Fac, SOC and WCG Trials for DOTA. And as for IFG SC2, way cool!

Update me on the outcome, I can see if we can get the games streamed/VODed or casted or even made and event of, it'll be great.

Nah there is no SC2 in IFG now, and i dont forsee it happening before i graduate lol. You know how NUSSU is like. Probably most of the people on the IFG comm play DOTA and were having a conversation about it before implementing. But yeah if it happened engine would stand a good chance of winning.

And NUS clan no lar, but we can meet up once in a while if you guys want. I don't really have time to organise, but wad we can do for now is add each other to bnet first lol

You can add me crazerk.187 I'm 2800+ diamond Zerg but havent really ladder spammed in a while.

And I actually had an idea of forming a SC2 interest group in NUS but wasn't sure how receptive the idea will be. I had a blogpost up at http://starcraft2atnus.blogspot.com but never got about to publicizing it.

If anyone else is interested we could discuss it seriously

And i would love to see SC2 in IFG! that would just be awesome. I shall be the underdog from arts haha

I'm not too sure where this is gonna go, but if you're gonna organise some stuff then I guess I wouldn't mind taking part. I'm tied down to a clan now tho so may have lesser time 4 u guys. We can use this thread as a "planning ground" for now lol

And looks like we don't have any Terran players, except that guy from law i noe. But dun think he gonna post here lol

Well I first need to know how big our population is. To start up a group like that we'll probably need about.. 20 people? From now it seems like there's like about less than 10 people >.<

I thought it'll be good for SC2 fans who are too lazy to join any other CCA to join this,(read: ME ) at least they've participated in some activity

I suggest wait for more ppl to get on this thread then once we got 20+, then can push for sc2 to be in IFG. There's lots of people playing sc2 in nus but only those who are more interested in MP will come here
