Best Australian Internet Plan

Hi I'm with Iinet right now I get an average of 160Kb a second.
And It works fine for like 2-5 hours then I get like 20Kb/s and I have to reset my modem.
Anyway I'm not exactly sure what the plan is.
my dad started it.

Anyway I'm going to start paying for my own internet now.
So I'm looking for the best consistent internet speed lowest price etc

Anyway any help would be great
