If all you want is a good build variety then yea sure here you go
TvZ
11/11 rax (tests cheesing and micro. These are good skills to have, even if they don't require the deepest game knowledge to execute)
reactor hellion expand (most standard way to play, low on gimmick high on fundamentals of good execution, multitask and all that good stuff). There are so many variants of the basic 10 depot 12 rax 13 gas 15 OC 16 factory, reactor, switch for hellions, 21 CC opening that I'm not really going to bother going into it. But they are all cool!
TvP
1 rax gasless FE (basic macro build. You get some raxes, you get medivacs, you have 2 bases and you get to enjoy the pure rage of learning how to hold everything off with the barest minimum required to do so.)
12/14 rax opening (slightly newer build, hides a second rax and gets some marines for some early pressure. you'd be surprised what 7 marines and an scv can do to a greedy or under prepared protoss.)
2 rax, reactor/tech lab (Great way to open with some heavy pressure. There's a shitload of variety with this one in terms of what bio tech you attack at and how you transition afterwards).
1/1/1 (Cloak banshees into tanks, weeeeeeeee! Punish shitty low level players who don't know how to time an observer properly!)
TvT
Reaper FE (scout, harass a tiny bit, eco up and marine/tank that shit)
Cloak banshee. (you can expand off of it or do a 2/1/1 timing to take out a weakened opponent. Good to test both, 1/1/1 is a very strong build in TvT)
12 gas 13 Rax openings (**** these can be gross, and in lower leagues especially you can get a lot of fun free wins)
Other than that theres the obvious things- marines are good, macro wins games (constantly building SCV's!, use your mules! dont build a planetary fortress in your main!) , make sure you're using your hotkeys, and above all else- have fun.
- Push F2 while in starcraft
- Select Terran
Congratulations you are now playing terran!
wow someone missed the point of the question

but in all seriousness if you want to learn to play terran:
1. learn to make scvs. so play a couple of games where you max out on 200 scvs, but constantly keep your money low, don't get supply blocked when your money goes over 400 make another expansion until you're maxed. There should be no gaps in worker production, money should not go over 600
2. Learn to drop mules, same as above but get a barracks first and then make orbital commands as soon as you can for each expansion drop mules whenever you have the energy to do so. Energy should not go over 100
3. learn to make marines. So now you make 1-3 barracks and then expand when your money starts to go high again, or if you are becoming oversaturated. You should have constant marine production unless you are saving up for an expansion.
4. add in gas and other T1 units, add upgrades, then T2 etc etc. add in steps like the ones above and keep doing it until you feel comfortable with each step and you can easily complete the step without breaking the limitation of that step and all the limitations before it.
This guide HERE by FilterStarCraft (Canadian Masters Terran) is a very valuable asset when learning Terran. It's a series of YouTube videos that cover macro-based bio play from Bronze league level all the way up to Masters. Pay attention to the benchmarks, play games vs AI to make sure you're hitting them, and then get ready for some sick win streaks on ladder. A lot of "how do I improve?" threads are answered by "Improve your macro!", and these videos show you exactly how to do that with insightful and clear commentary.
I just checked out a bit of the FilterSC thread and it looks pretty good for a new player, or someone like me who hasn't played in a long time. I'll definitely be giving it a proper look some time

Yeh this ^ when playing terran you want to be in a constant macro cycle. something similar to this:
-constant scv production (preferably 2 queued at all times)
-army production producing (2 units out of a building at all times)\
-building supply depots (ideally one scv dedicated to making depots, if you see your about to be supply blocked or you hear the "additional supply depots required" build 1 or 2 more)
-when your money spikes, progressively add production facilities and command centers as you see fit. When playing terran there is no excuse to have a bank at any stage of the game, exception being the super late game. So add a good number of production facilities and OC farm so u can sack your scvs for a strong late game army.
-and finally checking progress of upgrades and making sure u start them asap.
As far as builds go. I think u should 1 rax fe in every match-up. Its a macro oriented opener which will improve your mechanics and overall game play. Feel free to ad me on bnet if you have any concerns or need advice about anything. dman 739

One thing I'd say about SCV production is that if from the very start of the game you have 2 queued up all the time, it can put your timings out a bit. I'm talking about the very start, where you are between 6 and ~25 supply. You don't want to get yourself supply blocked every game because you were focusing too much on double-queueing SCV's and then didn't have the minerals to build your supply depot on time. Between Bronze and Gold it's an acceptable and encouraged thing to do, but once you start trying to optimise your play and make it efficient, double-queueing of any unit becomes a problem because you are spending the resources long before you actually start producing the unit. This can have the effect of delaying expansions, making it easier to supply block yourself by spending the minerals on a queued unit instead of the depot, delaying upgrades and other tech, and making it hard to adjust your play if you scout something different.
Also, with any build involving reactors (which includes the build I posted about earlier) or large amounts of production facilities, you will need to be building 2 supply depots at once when the reactors kick in all the way to the 200 supply cap. For example, if you are on 2 bases and have 3 barracks (1 tech lab, 2 reactors), a factory (tech lab) and a starport (reactor), you should be producing 5 marines, a tank, 2 medivacs and 2 SCV's all the time (until you expand again, max out, or add more production). 1 supply depot at a time is not enough to keep up with this production and you WILL supply block yourself doing this. Don't get into the habit of waiting for the verbal queue "Additional Supply Depots required!" to start adding on more. As soon as your 2 base production is into full swing, you need to be putting down 2 simultaneously. This can mean the difference between attacking with 105 supply at 11 minutes and only attacking with 85-90 supply.
thanks very much guys for all your help much appreciated but still not having much luck maybe ill just stick with protoss instead

Nobody said it would be easy... you've been going at it for 5 days. Terran is the most rewarding race to play (though not in terms of tournament wins).

Give it time mate, i personally find terran to be the hardest race. Thats why i went with them. Being playing only terran for the past year, i still suck but i at least can play at gold level and hold my own. I also rage frequently though V protoss in general and V Zerg lategame. I always think to myself this is not balanced but then i remind myself i am bad and am being a giant pussy. Give the filter starcraft thing a solid go, like practice it for a couple of weeks and just use it as a way to get used to everything.
