As university holidays are coming up (for myself anyway) and as they last for a ridiculously long time (about 4 months) i wanted to see what everyone's starcraft 2 goals are over the next 2-4 months!!
Something following a format like this would be good:
Name: Ryrymanpie
Current league: Gold
Desired league (be realistic here - we all want to be GM): Diamond
Duration to reach desired league: 4 months
Goals to help me achieve my objective: Better macro; better micro; better decision making; better replay analysis and better forecasting ability to determine opponents mindset; Make my twitch.tv account more popular; become more involved in the starcraft community.
The purpose of this thread is basically a bit of self actualization to put your goals on a public forum for others to see is a big step from saying you're going to do something. Frankly i don't really care if this thread doesn't catch on, but these are my goals and i am sure i'll be able to achieve them!
Name: DarkNemesis
Current League: Bronze
Desired League: Top 8 Bronze or Low Silver
Duration to reach desired league: 2-3 months.
Goals to help me: Better decision making in heat of battle, NEVER fight Zergs on Ladder, I want to avoid zergs as far as possible. Higher Aggression instead of turtling all day long.

1. To get Top 8 Masters NA
2. Go to a Brisbane LAN
3. Win an online tournaments/go very far in a difficult one
4. Become good enough to be picked up by a pro-team
It is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, you will win one and lose one; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle.

First of all get through exams before anything but once I come back there is a fair few things I want to come back to do.
1.) Start several community events and developments (ToR Jackets by the end of the year hopefully) also ToR tees and other fun stuff I been thinking during my english essays
2.) Allow the Av.ToR boys the opportunities to show the community what they have to offer.
3.) NZ StarCraft Cup Season 3
4.) Get out of
5.) Don't fail uni
1) learn how to play without 4gate and get rid of motivational issues
2) organize a tournament of some sort
3) organize some sc2sea meetups during December (for SaviOr)
4) hopefully get dia by the end of 2 seasons, if i manage to do goal 1
Consider myself high masters NA, and also one of the best in New Zealand.
Duration to reach desired league: I guess I'd put 3 months for high masters, 6 months for NZ.
Goals to help me achieve my objective: Fix basically everything, but particularly decision making and reaction to scouting.
Also I hope to incorporate more all-in play, been getting kind of notoriously over-predictable.
Name: VBPotthead
Current League: Still placement, silver last season.
Desired League: Return to top gold, nearing platinum
Duration to reach desired league: 3-4 months.
Goals to help me: 5 games a day. Watching replays after losses. Following proper builds. Practice games vs clanmates.
2-3 months you can hit gold ezpz bud... zerg is easy once you know how to play against them!! Should hit up the TGMguide
Hey, think so easy? I ain't the cash to subscribe to TGMguide. I'm not even working right now save some scraps I get from gigs and weddings which ain't saying much.

Its actually very very easy.
I know learning how to macro and react is the way correct way to go about it but if u want fast results, learn 1 build/All-in/Cheese and execute it perfectly. For example, i taught a friend how to do a Roach-Ling all in and he got to Plat just by doing it every single game against all 3 race lol.
