So I don't post here much but I thought I might try and post something and unburrow myself...lol.
Anyway so I have alot of songs and motivationel videos on youtube that I watch,
sooo.. I thought I would share some that I really like and who knows maybe they will help someone .,..
well get motivated too ladder considering this is a sc2 site but none the less you can use this stuff for anything workouts any type of trainning etc etc
These were all amazing - the fact that I've already seen them somehow makes them even more motivational than they were the first time I watched them. Thanks
This is another inspirational video. Helps explain why will smith graduated from being the fresh prince of bel air into the superstar he is today. And why jazzy jeff is jazzy jeff and carlton banks is still carlton banks! A good attitude and hardwork will take you very far in life. Fantastic OP RedHaZard
Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.
It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.
You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get it and keep moving forward.
How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now if you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth.
But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain't you!
You're better than that!

I watch How Bad Do You Want It? (both are in OP) every now and then because it motivates me in the way that getting off your ass and doing everything you can do be the best will get you there.
Either you run the day or the day runs you.

If you can dream it, you can do it.

The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.

I'm not sure how to revive this thread but I've found out that when you want to play in a tournament you have to think your uneatable in away,
I don't mean smack talk like an asshole but rather you have to think you have better macro! better micro! Better timing! or something better than your opponent that you can focus on.
I think this is one of the reasons stephano does so well he just seems to think his unbeatable and because of this he can beat korean's that's not too say he doesn't play well and work hard but rather I think he has the right mindset for tournement play I mean you seem to see alot of people go oh well I'll be happy if I beat a korean pro or the only way I can win this is if I get a good bracket but these are all bad mindsets if you don't go to win why bother trying?
Practice IS ladder I go into practice expecting to learn something not too win and if you lose a tournament suck it up and go ok I can learn something then and only then, but don't go into it not expecting to win or beat certain opponents I just think that's stupid
also I'm not saying this is easy and I'm not a pro but I just think that's the mindset you need to work on getting.
some other things are you my be stuck in gold or whatever league because you think this certain race is bs and you refuse to learn something from the lose because you just blame it on balance and click that find player button again these are all bad mindsets for being or doing anything a specially being a progamer I think idra falls into this alot
(I'm not saying idra doesn't look at replays that he loses but I think he falls into these mindsets often I mean you see him say things are BS or Op alot right? 0
PS there's a time and place to act like a child and an adult
And there a place/time to practice and a place/time to win
DOUBLE PS: thinking something is broken or imblanced doesn't GET YOU anywhere it makes you less motivated and makes you basically give up mentally when faced against said unit race or whatever BS you think
