The timing of this server maintenance has me worried. Back when I used to play WoW on americas server it was down for maintenance every tuesday night at our peak time. If I can't play my single player game for an entire night once a week I wanna find out if I can get a refund.

Contact support, they are pretty likely to give you a refund if the game hasn't met your expectations. They have done so before.

also d3 isnt a completely single player game and in the terms and conditions you accepted to play it reflect that and even go into the fact that servers go down all the time for maintenance

Pretty sure everyone would have to be stupid to not realise this. Doesn't mean it's okay though.

Well they go down at NA times non-peak times since thats 90% of the player population which sucks for us.
