Hi Guys,

I bought a KR/TW key from your website, ive recently just downloaded the client from battle.net, installed it, patched it and ive just logged on.

I think something is wrong, ive searched for a 2v2 and ive been in queue for almost 30 minutes for just placement matches! i also looked at the map preferences and ive only got 3 maps for 2v2 and 5 for 1v1. some maps ive never seen before.

I also have no option to play 3s or 4s.

Can anyone help me with this? Or no whats going on?

did you accidentally go into the practice league?

Not sure exactly what it does, but limited map choices (and different ones) mean it could be that... and probably explain ridiculous wait times, too.

Hey man, can you post up some screenshots of your issue? This is the first time I've ever heard or something like this happening and want to see the greyed out 3s / 4s options.

yeah sounds like practise league, which limits you to the "beginner" version of a bunch of maps (Rocks i your way, so no-one can rush), and only allows 1v1 & 2v2, and only lets you play against others in the practise league.

there should be an option to leave practise league, and it should show a number (Max 50 i think?) of how many more practise league games you can do.

I just logged in like normal, i dont know if its practise league? if so how do i change?

yeah i see max of 50 games, question is how do i get out of it? i cant read any of the text haha

Yeah that's definitely practice league. Click the button in the bottom right of that box with the 50 in it to skip Practice League.

Yeah looks like you might be practice league. Click on the box in the bottom right of the "50 games" area and then click on the yellow button following. If it's done right that 50 games should be gone. If you click the yellow button and it goes back to 50 games then repeat the process but click the opposite button in the confirmation.
