So if you used up your name changed already, you have 1 more.
If you have not yet, tough luck, you still have 1.

Now why doesn't Blizzard do this every season! Make your change here!

I'm not sure if it's live on SEA yet, but if you have 0 name changes remaining you will have another free name change! People who still have 1 it won't stack to 2 though.

If you have changed your name already then you have a free name change again. I just logged into battle.net and it said I have 1 free name change (I changed my name from Djvillian to ToRDjvillian April last year).
