Here's a build that I came up with and I usually use in a TvT. I haven't really polished this build to perfection because I haven't played around much with it quite yet, that's why I want to ask for critiques for this build on this forums.
I call this Build the 2 Fact Mech. I just noticed that this build is VERY similiar to the 2Fact BF Hellion Expand (Liquipedia Link) , so I'll just post the original
Now, here's my variation of the TvT build that I've been using all this time. Basically, instead of getting Blue Flame Hellions, you get Siege Tech with Siege Tanks and push early. There are 2 variations to my variation of the build: one where you get a Reactor on your second Factory so that you can get more Hellions and another one where you tech to a Starport and get Vikings but you don't get a Reactor on your 2nd Factory.
10 Supply Depot
12 Barracks, Keep on making Marines until you have 4-5 of them
13 Refinery, send scouting SCV
16 Orbital Command
17 Supply Depot
18 Factory (1)
20 Refinery
21 Factory (2)
22 Tech Lab on Factory (1)
@100% Tech Lab > Siege Tech
24 Supply Depot
29 Hellions from Factory (1) and (2)
29 Starport
32 Supply Depot
35 Siege Tank
38 Hellion
38 Supply Depot
40 Viking
Push to your opponent's base when the Viking is done. Don't lose that Viking. It can grant your tanks sight so that they can outrange your enemy's tanks AND grant sight to the high ground.
Advantages: You can get earlier Vikings to defend against Banshees and so that the Viking can grant sight to the high ground.
Disadvantages: You won't have that much Hellions, and your Tank will be a bit delayed.
Notes: Only do this build when the opponent isn't FE-ing. Safety first.

24 Supply Depot
Pump Siege Tanks from your Factory (1), pump Hellions from your Factory (2)
Advantages: You will have earlier Tanks and more Hellions. Disadvatages: This build is VERY prone to Cloaked Banshees and you also won't have a Viking to grant sight.
SCOUTING
Once you've found on which base your enemy spawned at, count how many gas did your enemy take. After that, put your scouting SCV on patrol on your enemy's expo.
No Gas and 1 Barracks: Either 1 Rax FE or an no gas all in. Go with the no Starport Variant so that you can simply win with brute force if he is INDEED all in-ing, or if he is going for a FE, then push when you have
2-3 tanks and enough hellions (4-5).
1 Gas: Could mean tons of things, such as 2-3 Rax Stim or Cloaked Banshees. Go with the Starport Variant so that you can defend against Banshees if he is indeed going for Banshees. Don't forget to scout well
with your scouting SCV for expos.
2 Gas: Either Cloaked Banshees or a double gas FE. Go with the Starport Variant and scout for expos with your SCV.
TRANSITIONING AND SOME SEEMINGLY USELESS TIPS
It is highly recommended that you get an E-Bay and an expansion and either transition to Mech, or get some more Barracks and go Mech. I wouldn't reccomend going pure Bio after all of this trouble getting 2 early Factories AND a Starport.
A couple of general tips you should look out for if you're going Mech:
-If you have air dominance/enough Vikings, prioritize Siege Tanks over Thors.
-Pump Vikings from your Starports to keep air dominance. If your opponent has more Vikings than you do, you can either: (obviously) get more Vikings or get Thors.
-Watch out for Marauders. Get Ravens so that you can use PDD and block those Marauders's attack.
-Always try to keep your army on the watchtowers. Siege Tanks benefit from those watchtowers since those watchtowers grant the Siege Tanks extra vision so that even if you don't have air dominance, the enemy still can't have their Vikings grant sight so that their tanks can safely fire on yours.
- Watch out for drops. Mech is VERY VERY vulnerable to drops because they are very immobile. Keep a few Vikings back at home on Patrol so that you can spot drops, build Sensor Towers and Missle Turrets.
- Use Medivacs to make up for mobility. Dropping Hellions on undefended expansions is a good idea.
Well, that was a lot of typing. Thanks for reading through all of this post and I hope it helped. Critiques and suggestions are more than welcome.
