Lineups should have been submitted by now. All teams received a pm reminding them of the changed deadline. As of right now 2 teams have not submitted lineups. I allowed until midnight AEDT, 3 hours past the deadline because we changed it from the first week.

These two teams will both be deducted 1 point from the ladder. Please guys, make sure your lineups are submitted on time. I would hate to have results be affected by something as small as this. From this week onwards there will be zero tolerance on late submissions.

In the other tiers a point has been deducted straight away, so unless they also give a warning it wouldn't be fair to just change it here imo. I think though there should be a warning though for the first time across all tiers.

Weird, we have a Facebook page where they copy/paste the line-up for everyone to see, and that was shared at 7:20PM on Monday.

I disagree with taking a point for first offence.

To be honest some people are unaware of exact procedures or what needs to be done as they may not have participated before.

From my perspective I was unaware we needed to submit scores twice seeing Cube submitted the match results I thought we wouldn't need to based on the fact they were already submitted.

I am not a team captain but this is my view of the situation.

I would hate to see players who played really hard including myself lose hard earned point for this.

Regardless the penalty, if it was clear what needed to be done I am sure they would have done it. I doubt they would be lazy and just not post it if they went to all the trouble of helping to organise it. Since there is more than 1 clan offender obviously it was not clear to more than 1... I am just looking outside the box really...

Your decision in the end.

This is entirely my fault Eddie/Badger.

Had a bit of an issue with the game being on Australia Day, most of our players were busy with family or friends so we got the match rescheduled. We (within the team) all agreed upon Sunday, but due to conflicts, the other team couldn't make Sunday, so we agreed on Saturday night. I thought because of the re-schedule I could delay submitting a line-up an extra day so I can actually chase up some fill-ins for those not able to make Saturday night as I did not want to submit an incorrect line-up.

However, rules are rules, whatever punishment you guys agree upon we'll take it and we'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

Ok, after discussion with Frogmite and nirvAnA we've decided for tier 3 that a first time offence will receive a warning. If it happens again the team will lose a point, hopefully there will be no need for a 3rd penalty.

In future, if you reschedule your game to a later date and want to submit a delayed line up you must pm myself or Eddie and inform us when your lineup will be submitted at a latest of 48 hours before your new date. AsG and ToR, this is your first warning. While I fully appreciate the difficulties both teams had that ended up preventing them from submitting on time delayed lineups really inconvenience the write up of this thread.

Now that the business is out of the road, hopefully the games can be as awesome this week as they were last week. Gl hf.

I'm seriously hoping that other tiers receive warnings as well if this is the case??
It would be extremely unfair that other tiers are receiving a penalty whilst this tier just gets a slap on the hand??
I also still don't understand how they could not be submitted on time - I manage another team in this tier that was subject to the reschedule issues and still managed to get a line up in on time??

On another note, is it possible to cast my team's matches against AsG on saturday? I don't have work on weekends so am available to cast =]

Each tier is run by a seperate set of admins so we all tweak the rules slightly to fit our tier and our schedules. Generally speaking, the lower the tier the less strict the rules. I can't speak for the other admins, but I've been advised by Frogmite and nirvAnA (head admins) that for this tier there should be a warning. You'll have to take other tiers up with their respective admins.

You casting your teams matches should not be a problem. Make sure you get your stream listed on SC2SEA if it isn't already!
