PC- Please refrain from dual monitors if you can or we may charge extra for the space you take up
Chair - We only have hard plastic chairs so feel free to bring your own office chair
Deodorant - For those gamers hygienically challenged
Network cable - As we cannot afford to provide these for all participants

As I have already mentioned food is provided on the day at no extra cost. These meals are all cooked fresh on the day. When the main meals are served (lunch, dinner) everyone is required to go to the courtyard outside to eat their meals, whether or not they ordered food no one is allowed back inside at this time it only lasts for about 5 minutes (unless partaking in a tournament).
Those who have attended our previous LAN's will attest to the standards of food we provide. We also have drinks, chips and chocolates on sale.

For those of you who will say it is too close to GGF I promise you we do not have the server or network issues GGF have, we have a server room that is setup prior to the event instead of on the admins desks we also have a number of server techs on-site in case the worst happens.
There will also be a File Sharing network up for the transfer of legal content. (all people leaching are expected to seed as much as possible)

The cash prizes will be the sum of the kitty form entrants so you pay the usual Lan entry fee that covers the food you eat, power you consume, internet and all the other things that are required for a Lan. Then upon entry you have the option to pay for entry to the tournament you wish to enter this money is then pooled and given to the top the teams at a ratio of 80%/15%/5% of the pool for the respective teams.

We will run a bus to pick people up if there is enough interest.
