Brackets have been generated by challonge (since it's easier tham manually working out a round robin bracket. bracket link
Each round is Best of 7 GSTL all-kill style. Results to be reported to whatever admins are online. Please have the team captain report the result of each round at the end of play. Please also have both captains save replays and send them to the admins at the end of round (to avoid anyone trying to report false results, and in case of any claims of smurfs).
After the 9 rounds, there will be playoffs held over 3 weeks. Playoff games will be Best of 9. Format as follows;
Game A : Rank 1 vs. Rank 2
Game B : Rank 3 vs. Rank 4
Game C (week 2) : Loser of A vs. Winner of B
Game D (week3) : Winner of A vs. Winnder of C
1. MLG Xel'Naga Caverns by HemLock
2. MLG Metalopolis by HemLock
3. MLG The Shattered Temple by HemLock
4. MLG Shakuras Plateau by HemLock
5. GSL Daybreak by HemLock
6. GSL Tal'Darim Altar by wonderland
7. IPL4 Antiga Shipyards by TPW
8. Abyssal Caverns
9. MLG ICCUP Testbug by HemLock
For each of rounds 1 through 9, the corresponding map in that list will be the map for all first sets. Losing team then picks a map and a player (with no repeat maps).
I still need to work out where I can get the fixed versions of Antiga and Abyssal.
Games will be played on Thursday evenings at 8pm AEST unless both captains are able to come to an agreement beforehand. Games will start (Round 1) on Thursday the 6th of October.
This thread will be updated weekly with results and standings.

Results and Standings
You must be ready to play your first game at the scheduled time. Not showing up or being later than 15 minutes will result in your forfeit.
You will save replays in case of disputes.
You agree to be patient and considerate should for the duration of the event should any unforeseen difficulties arise, and acknowledge that the supervising administrator designated to your bracket has full authority over decisions pertaining to the game and may enforce the rules at his or her discrepancy.
Tournament administrators are free to join any game that they see fit. You are not to refuse entry to a caster or commentator and failure to do so may result in disqualification.
You agree that by entering this tournament that you will not publicly slader or reproach any of the staff or sponsors associated with this tournament on any public medium.
There are to be no spectators of any kind except the aforementioned administrators and the casters.
You may not include players based outside of Southeast Asia or Oceania in your team unless an admin grants special consideration.
You must own your own legal copies of StarCraft II for the SEA server.
If a player is promoted outside of Platinum or Diamond once the season starts they may continue to play until the end of the season. (If a team has a large roster, they may be requested to not use this player any more. This will be up to the discretion of the admins).
Maps will be sourced from the Battle.net ladder and competitive maps (ESL, MLG, GSL, etc.)
Teams failing to contact their opponent's manager or agree on a designated play time will be designated a time by an admin. Failure to show at this time will result in a forfeit.
So far the head admins are Erasmus#733 and Rizzisk#769 but more may be announced.
So far streaming of games is based on volunteers and not every round or match is guaranteed a stream.

I still need to work out where I can get the fixed versions of Antiga and Abyssal.
by 'fixed' for abyssal do you just mean the mlg style nuetral depot? or does it change something else? i know the GSL version of antiga you can't siege gas in third from main. i would have thought that GSL maps were available on all servers

Not 100% sure what was changed for Abyssal... stallion suggested the ESL version.
I can't find GSL Antiga, but there is an IPL version with terrain blockers stopping tanks sieging in obnoxious positions, and depots below ramps. So we will use IPL4 Antiga Shipyards by TPW. Attached screenshot shows tank positioning and what it can (or not ) hit.

Can we possibly get the night changed? I mean, a lot of people work on Thursday nights and such.
If this PDCL is running in the same format as the BSGCL ( which i assume it is ) Backup day is saturday 8AEST.
Obviously contacting team leaders helps but if thursdays is going to ALWAYS be a no-no then your team should contact Erasmus and ask for your teams standard day to be saturday =)

Our format is slightly different this season but yes that's the same way we ran it in Season 1
In Season 1 we had SO many no shows that we've opted to let teams in Season 2 have a week to organize their match on whatever night they want if they can't make the play day.

I am okay with this... but both captains need to come to a decision themselves. And if you're going to play when there are not necessarily admins online (or at all, just to save any issues with smurfing or whatever) please have the captains of each time save the replays for the match, and send them to an admin.
Please have at least one representative (preferably team captain) of your team in chat channel PDCL to organise games... not being present in this channel 15 minutes after the start time will be grounds for a walkover. It's not anyone else's responsibility to chase up teams.
Ok...I think im a bit of a silly person for not noticing this...but whose up against who this week? (I understand we start this week) and is it thursday/saturday!?
Might be worth putting this info in the opening post

Brakcets are in the OP
it's THURSDAY for DEFAULT
but teams can organise NEW times&days if Thursday 8AEST is NOT Suitable for one team.
Here is the link again. Games are thursday at 8pm AEST unless it is previously sorted out by the team captains. Please let me know if you do this so I know who's playing on thursday night.

You already know ToR-Crux vs BtD is saturday, we've already had our heated arguement about that.
Ah my bad, sorry >< lol the last few days have been rolle dinto one...too many sleepless nights cause of assingments :P Sorry im like recovering, my brain is all mush ><
No race switching... random players will need to play random. This gives the opposing team a better chance to snipe players if they preplan a player and a map to play on (hopefully also reduce time waiting for that decision between games).
