Tournament Organisers - We want you!

Our site is growing bigger and better everyday, and if you would like to contribute and help our community as well as play a part in developing eSports in our region - you are welcome to apply for a Staff position with us. Its been over 4 months since our last recruitment drive and we are currently in danger of losing some of our regular tournaments because of the lack of Admin support. For example the BSG cup was cancelled because of the lack of Admins after Zergtastic left. For now the basic criteria would be a history of quality posts by you at this site and more importantly a strong love for the SEA community!

Apart from being a respectable poster the key trait is being passionate about what you do. Dedicating your own time and going out of your way to ensure events are run well and properly all for the growth of the community is no easy task unless you have the self-driven passion for it. If you wanna be part of shaping our future or accelerating the growth of the SEA community we will love to have you abroad.

Although there are some cool side benefits like becoming a respected / well-known figure in the community, customised avatars/badges/usertitles, being involved with a site with plenty of traffic or even the potential transition to a full moderator one day (after having proven to be a reliable staff member), the sole reason why you should apply is because of your genuine passion for Starcraft and eSports/community work.

The Tournament Organiser!

Description:
Love organising tournaments? We also currently need help with running some of our regular tournaments and in the future, proven staff will be handpicked to join our professional team which handles sponsored tournaments. Have a great idea but not the connections? Why not do it with our support! Instantly get the traffic, sponsored prizes, stream connections and a very easy tournament structure to use.

Basic Requirement:
You have a decent level of written English and have good amount of free time available and would love to spend some of that time doing something you're passionate about like flexing your organisational skills! Students or part-timers with little work/family commitments with a mature and responsible attitude are strongly encouraged to apply.

Bonus Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of text/layout formatting and HTML
• Able to work under stress and multitask well
• A responsible, impartial and dedicated individual who can set aside time one day a week and can administer tournaments fairly without bias.
• Actively online and follow the scene
• Applicants with little experience but have demonstrated an "on the ball" and quick learning attitudes will be considered.
