I have tried EVERY single thing to solve that uxcore.dll error in
Windows Live Messenger.
-I unistalled and installed SC2. Result: The Same!
-I even formatted my hdd many times and installed XP and tried again
installing SC2. Result: Same again!!
-I've tried deleting that contacts folder from where it was as many people
over net said. Result: SAME AGAIN!!
I'm a bit confused as to why you think SC2 is affecting your Windows Live Messenger O.o (I'm assuming because the problem appeared after you installed SC2).
Also you're not being overly specific - what is happening/what are you doing when the error comes up?
Try to be a little more clear about what problem(s) you're facing and when it's occurring because that post isn't very clear as to what your actual issue is nor when you're experiencing it.
We may be able to help you out a little more when we know more information.
After downloaded the file, restore this file in System32 folder.
This is the best source on the net I have ever found to fix almost all DLL error messages, which is caused because of corrupted or missing .dll files. Once you are on the site, click on the Run a DLL Scan link and you will see all other issues you might have on your pc has been resolved. Good Luck
This type of problem usually occurs when UXCore.dll is missing from your computer. This dll file can be downloaded from here. http://dllcentral.com/UXCore.dll/12....1005/download/
Download it and then extract the downloaded zip file to the Windows System32 folder, which is located in Windows Drive.
