i was just wondering how do u remember to inject coz i have trouble remembering during battles coz i get to into it my queens just get like 80 energy that should have been lave any ideas on how to remember or get better at doing it
People have tried using cute tricks such as timers which make a sound whenever its time to inject or stimulating their senses with weed but the best way to remember injects is to practice. Also remember to check the bar above the hatcheries so you know a fixed time of when to come back and larva inject.
During battles you should have times when you can afford to look away, and this is when you can duck back to do some quick injects. I assume you still 'macro' while controlling your units in a battle by pressing the hotkey for your hatcheries and hotkeys to select larvae and turn them into units - you can inject at this time too as you have identified it as a time when you don't need to be controlling your army.
Until you get used to the multitasking required or an intuitive feel for when you can divert your attention to other things such as spreading creep or taking an expansion (this comes with experience which in turn increases your speed), you can always train yourself to do your larvae injects at key moments. One such moment would be for example when you order your army to retreat - if your army is moving back to your base without attacking there's no need to watch it come back you can go and do injects, etc. while it is travelling. Similarly once you have won a battle there's no need to continue to micro in many cases.
To explain, say you have 10 roaches and they only have 4 marines left with no reinforcements and you have won. If you stay to micro your army you win convincingly and you can move or burrow the damaged roaches so none of them die. However, if intsead you just a-move them and then go back to your base to do larvae injects and similar things (like make buildings, transfer drones, move spinecrawlers or spread creep) you might end up losing 1-2 roaches due to no micro but you still win the battle. In the end, you are trading those 1-2 roaches for all that extra larvae, or extra creep spread, or taking an expansion a bit earlier.
Really the best advice is to play more with this in mind and as you are playing try to identify moments where your attention can be diverted. Go through replays and watch battles and try and nominate a moment where you didn't really need to be watching the battle because it was already over (either you won or lost) and in your next game focus on doing your larvae injects at a similar point. Check your replay for times when you are not doing your larvae inject but you think you should be and see what it is you are focussing on instead - then try and decide which one is more important. For example, if all you are doing is kiting 2-3 roaches that are going to die any way then you should probably abandon them and macro.

Just have like 1min loop where u have a checklist, inject, creep tumors, overlord unit position over and over, and just look at the minimap dont focus on the screen. Macroing during the battle will help u more then microing during the battle.
When you aren't micro'ing, you should be tapping your queens to see how much energy they have. If they have 25 energy, it's time for an inject.
For example: 1, a move, tap 5, tap 6, tap 1, micro, tap 5, tap 6, tap 1, micro.
There's also the notification on the left to tell you when larva have spawned. It's usually pretty hard to notice with all the other notifications as well, but it's generally a bit longer text then the rest, so just keep an eye out for that bit of text.

I'd agree with cruxis to just keep moving between your hotkeys and constantly checking your hatcheries. Remember that if you're trying to stay alive or trying to kill someone, your injects are important as you need the larvae to do both (:
Hotkeys.
1-3 Army
4 - Hatchery
5 - Queen Main
6 - Queen Nat
7 - Expo 1
etc etc
If you get good enough and your not wasting much lava you can keep track at what energy your queen is at. I am not so economical yet so I have to every few cycles of tapping double tap back to my main and have a look at the bar of the hatchery, I have it pretty set in stone that I know roughly when I need to inject. Guys like IdrA never need to really double tap back unless they know for sure the need to lava inject because they are managing their energy really well.
