You can buy from ebay but be aware that its illegal not to mention original owner of account can reclaim it anytime - unlikely though it may be it is still possible so be wary of who is selling.
If you have korean friend then best to ask them imo

I've got the game but I'm unable to make an account due to not having the Korean social security number. I heard there was another method or something to make one. Any kinda help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Only way is to get some korean to create for u, or purchase (albeit not really legal) off ebay and it's quite expensive!

You could move to Korea and if you have enough money you can buy residency. Then adopt a korean name and use your SSN and new Korean name to register account ^^

Pretty much, you need both a Korean SSN and a phone number, go down to your local kroean grocer or resturaunt, and try that way? gl its hard
